Eat. Whole. Food.

In today's world, the need for eating whole foods has never been more important. People are being diagnosed with chronic diseases such as heart disease and diabetes at record rates. Contributing to this problem is the availability, and the economics of fast food and highly-processed food -- quite simply, they are an easier and often cheaper option.

To help achieve optimal health, eat Whole, minimally processed foods more often -- fresh, wholesome and delicious fruits, vegetables, organic dairy, meats, and grains. While some of these ingredients cost more to purchase, the decision to eat whole food helps to maintain a healthy body and brain.

Eating whole foods is the main ingredient for meals prepared by The Whistler Food Co.

Whenever we can, we use locally sourced produce and meat, and consider balanced nutritional needs, while offering exceptional taste. Here are some of our local partners!
