In today's world, the need for eating whole foods has never been more important. People are being diagnosed with chronic diseases such as heart disease and diabetes at record rates. Contributing to this problem is the availability, and the economics of fast food and highly-processed food -- quite simply, they are an easier and often cheaper option.

To help achieve optimal health, eat Whole, minimally processed foods more often -- fresh, wholesome and delicious fruits, vegetables, organic dairy, meats, and grains. While some of these ingredients cost more to purchase, the decision to eat whole food helps to maintain a healthy body and brain.

INTRODUCING: Our whole food recipe of the month!

Chewy PB Chocolate Crunch Energy Balls


3 cups pitted dates

1 cup coconut flour

1 1/2 cups creamy organic peanut butter(PB)

1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup vanilla whey powder(can replace with 1/4 almond flour)

1 1/2 cups toasted groats (whole buckwheat)

1/2 cup dark organic mini chocolate chips


Heat oven to 350*. Place groats on a sheet pan and toast them in the oven for 15min or until slightly browned and toasty. Cool.

Blend all ingredients (except groats and chocolate) in a food processer until smooth. (should come together to form a ball). Add groats and chocolate, blend for a few seconds until combined with other ingredients.

Form into small balls and chill for 30 min. You can refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 1 week!
