In today's world, the need for eating whole foods has never been more important. People are being diagnosed with chronic diseases such as heart disease and diabetes at record rates. Contributing to this problem is the availability, and the economics of fast food and highly-processed food -- quite simply, they are an easier and often cheaper option.
To help achieve optimal health, eat Whole, minimally processed foods more often -- fresh, wholesome and delicious fruits, vegetables, organic dairy, meats, and grains. While some of these ingredients cost more to purchase, the decision to eat whole food helps to maintain a healthy body and brain.

Type and amounts of food consumed according to the intensity of your sport routine depend on caloric intake, hydration, and maintaining electrolytes, (sodium and other minerals).
